These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 88rv game ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 88rv game website at https://88rvgame.com, including all games, financial services, bonuses, promotions, support services, and any other features provided by 88rv game. By registering an account with 88rv game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

1 Introduction and Acceptance

This Agreement is written in English, which is the governing and binding language. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility and Registration

3.2 Account Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at 88rv game is 200 PKR via mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may vary. All deposit amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. 88rv game does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Standard processing time for withdrawal requests at 88rv game is within the same business day for verified accounts. 88rv game reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal and may delay processing pending the outcome of that verification. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.

4.4 Responsible Use of Funds

5 Wagering and Game Rules

All games offered through 88rv game — including live casino tables, slot machines, poker rooms, Speed Baccarat, live Cockfighting, and sports betting markets — operate under individual game rules that are displayed within each game or game lobby. Where any inconsistency exists between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the individual game rules explicitly state otherwise.

88rv game uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for virtual games and physical live dealer processes for live casino games. Game outcomes are not influenced by 88rv game beyond the mathematical parameters of each game. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for all slot titles within the game information section.

88rv game reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or as a result of a pricing error at its sole discretion. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Weekly Cashback Program

88rv game's weekly cashback program credits a percentage of a player's net losses across all game categories back to their PKR balance every Monday. Cashback rates are determined by the player's current loyalty tier: Bronze (5%), Silver (8%), and Gold (12%). Net losses are calculated as total wagers placed minus total winnings received within the Monday-to-Sunday calendar week. Cashback credits are made to the player's main balance and are not subject to additional wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional communication.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions at 88rv game are available to eligible players as defined in the specific promotion terms. 88rv game reserves the right to determine and modify bonus eligibility criteria at any time. New player bonuses are available to first-time account registrations only. Registering multiple accounts to claim new player bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse bonus conditions — including but not limited to placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or any other conduct designed to profit from bonuses in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay — constitutes bonus abuse. 88rv game reserves the right to withhold, cancel, and reclaim bonuses in cases of suspected abuse and may terminate the account concerned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of the 88rv game platform:

• Provide false or misleading identity or age information during registration or verification;
• Register or operate more than one account, whether individually or in collusion with others;
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with any part of the 88rv game platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Attempt to gain an unfair advantage through collusion with other players, operators, or 88rv game staff members;
• Use funds derived from criminal activity to deposit or wager on the 88rv game platform (money laundering);
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any software component of the 88rv game platform;
• Engage in any conduct that causes technical disruption, denial of service, or security compromise to the 88rv game infrastructure;
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 88rv game staff or other players;
• Exploit any bug, error, or pricing discrepancy on the 88rv game platform for financial gain — any such gains are void and must be returned.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88rv game platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, and design elements — is the intellectual property of 88rv game or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without the express written permission of 88rv game.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88rv game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 88rv game's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you at 88rv game in the twelve months preceding the claim.

88rv game provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary unavailability for maintenance or technical reasons does not constitute a breach of this Agreement by 88rv game.

10 Privacy and Data

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed by 88rv game in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering with 88rv game, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 88rv game does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

11 Responsible Gaming

88rv game is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistan players. The following tools are available to every registered player directly from their account settings at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps;
• Session time limits: Automatic session termination after a defined time period;
• Loss limits: Automatic restrictions when net losses reach a player-defined threshold;
• Self-exclusion: Temporary or permanent suspension of account access on the player's request.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and take effect immediately. A player who has self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the platform through a different account during the exclusion period. 88rv game will endeavour to enforce exclusion periods but cannot guarantee absolute technical prevention of access in all circumstances.

12 Termination and Suspension

88rv game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the player has breached any provision of this Agreement; the player has provided false registration information; the player's account is suspected of being involved in fraud, money laundering, or collusion; or regulatory requirements necessitate account closure.

Players may close their accounts at any time by contacting 88rv game support via WhatsApp or Telegram. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified PKR balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided no investigation is pending.

In the event of account closure for breach of this Agreement, 88rv game reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with bonus activity, fraudulent conduct, or activity that violated the terms set out herein.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement and all matters arising from your use of the 88rv game platform are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88rv game holds its international gambling licence. Any dispute arising under this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 88rv game support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under consumer protection laws applicable to you in Pakistan.

14 Amendments to These Terms

88rv game reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 88rv game will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the 88rv game platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
